Heklusýn is a ambitious company and has a different approach than other building companies in our market. Besides that we as many other similar companies build quality houses, we build them on larger plots. So when you buy a house from Heklusýn, you will get up to 5 hectares (12 acres) of beautiful land by the river Rangà. The owners of Heklusýn are the couple, Skúli K. Skúlason and Sigurlaug S. Einarsdóttir, together with the couple, Sigurður E. Guðmundsson and Sunneva Eiðsdóttir.
We at Heklusýn, have a skilled team of carpenters as well as contacts with all the necessary trade specialists, like plumbers, electricians and painters.
Skúli and Siggi are good friends who work together most days, as well as going over each part of the construction to insure the quality of each house. They also participate most days in the construction work on site.
Heklusýn ehf. finances all their projects and houses, without banks or other financial institutes.
