We at Heklusýn were selling this beautiful house, designed by our designer Halli Friðgeir in collaboration with the buyer.
The house is 240 square meters and will be clad with special lava tiles and burnt pine. The house has 5 bedrooms and the same number of bathrooms. A large common room with high ceilings, a garage and a laundry room.
The house will be on a unique 3.64 hectare plot by the Ytri Rangá River.
The pictures are a 3D design of it, but we plan to finish the floor slab late this fall and build the house in April next year. The goal is for the house to be completed around the turn of the year 2026/2027.
The house is the sixth in a row in five years.
