Delivery and price.
The house can be delivered fully furnished. The house is priced at 109 million ISK based on the finished plot and outdoor lighting, ready for interior decoration and one coat of paint. The house is ready for interior decoration. The house has underfloor heating controlled by a very high-quality heat pump system from Nibe and is therefore much cheaper to heat than with traditional electric heating. The house and roof are clad with colored steel and insets with wood cladding. Windows and doors are aluminum/wood.
Please note that the price of the house includes 2.9 hectares of beautiful land with great views of the mountains and the river.
